Meet the Team

Sara Elghobashy is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in elevating the missions of social impact organizations in the United States and beyond.
As the founder and CEO of Bash Advisory, Sara draws from her background in funder and donor engagement, digital campaigns, board development, event-based fundraising, transformational and capital campaigns, and strategic planning to help nonprofits develop a roadmap for sustainable, long-term growth.
Prior to launching Bash Advisory, Sara served as the Senior Vice President of External Affairs at the Mission Society of New York City, where she developed and implemented the fundraising and communications strategies that strengthened the organization’s financial footing. She began her career at the Arab American Family Support Center, and has since held roles at Women’s World Banking, Room to Grow, and Women Aware.
Sara is a graduate of New York University and a native Arabic speaker.

Callie Belback is an associate manager at Bash Advisory, specializing in strategies for local non-profit media organizations that increase development revenue, organizational capacity, and achieve mission-focused outreach.
Callie pursued a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. with Honors from Tulane University.
Callie has lived in various places, including Chicago, New Orleans, Cambridge, UK, and San Francisco. She can speak English and Spanish and is learning Mandarin. In her free time, Callie loves to read, play in a community orchestra, and hang out with her cats, Daisy and Willy.

Lupita brings nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector with organizations whose missions align with the principles of social, racial and economic justice. She is experienced in the areas of impact tracking, fundraising and strategic communications. Most recently, she was the development director at MLK50: Justice Through Journalism.
Lupita’s career path has been guided by her interests in journalism, education and community engagement. Her experience as a first-generation Mexican immigrant fuels her commitment to helping make community-centered organizations more sustainable.
Lupita holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, French, and Spanish (with a minor in neuroscience) from the University of Portland, and a master’s degree in Latin American studies from the University of California, San Diego. She has spent time studying and living in France, Spain and Ecuador, but currently calls San Diego home.

Ariela Rosenzweig is a dedicated advocate for social justice with a passion for supporting mission-driven organizations in creating positive change. She is a recent graduate of Brown University, where she honed her skills in public policy analysis and international affairs.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, Ariela has demonstrated a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations and promoting equity. Her diverse experience spans from assisting refugees and immigrants at Dorcas International to supporting peace-building efforts at the Post Conflict Research Center. Ariela's work reflects her belief in the power of informed action and community engagement to address pressing social issues.
In her free time, Ariela enjoys exploring estate sales, tackling home improvement projects, and tending to the local community garden.

Ashley Spradlin is the associate director of education at Bash Advisory, working closely with education focused organizations to create strategies for revenue development, organizational growth, and driving maximum impact.
Ashley earned a Master's degree in Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University and has a background in non-profit management, education, local government, and technology.
Based in Western North Carolina, Ashley loves spending time in the natural wilderness of Appalachia. When she isn't playing with her dog, Yazoo, Ashley enjoys paddle sports, hiking and practicing yoga.

Christiana Taylor is the manager of social justice at Bash Advisory. Christiana brings 10 years of experience in grantmaking and development, program management and coordination, administrative support, and curriculum development in the fields of criminal justice, higher education, public health, and social services. Prior to Bash Advisory, she worked as a Program Officer at The Belk Foundation in Charlotte, NC to support K-3 literacy and diversify the teacher pipeline. Additionally, she worked as a Programs and Initiatives Manager at The Children's Trust in Miami-Dade county, where she oversaw the youth development portfolio focusing on grants to fund early literacy and equitable out-of-school time programs.
Christiana earned a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in New York. She enjoys exercising, reading, and traveling in her free time.
